JROTC Leadership Advantage (JLA) has a proven history of improving the educational opportunities for JROTC High School cadets. We do this, primarily, through financial scholarships and summer enrichment experiences. Enrichment experiences can be customized to focus on one or more skills such as the development of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) skills, or more traditional leadership development opportunities.
