JROTC Leadership Advantage is committed to providing increased educational opportunities for all military service JROTC programs. This is accomplished through direct financial support, either in the form of academic financial scholarships or through funding of educational enrichment programs.

JROTC Leadership Advantage (JLA) is an IRS recognized 501 (c)(3) nonprofit with a unique mission and purpose.  The mission is to develop, encourage, and foster educational opportunities in high school JROTC programs. We do this by providing financial support for students seeking to further their education in the area of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM). 

Our purpose is to create a multi-faceted approach to funding these educational opportunities. First, the company seeks to partner with educational and business entities with similar goals and mission statements. Second, the company acts as a one-stop resource for any person or organization interested in establishing a financial scholarship for a deserving JROTC cadet.

Students participating in JROTC often are disadvantaged financially and academically, and have a difficult time breaking the cycle of poverty. JLA seeks to close these financial and educational gaps by encouraging and supporting scholarship opportunities for JROTC cadets.
